2. Scope of Services
Our services include solar system design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales support as agreed in the quotation or contract. Any additional work not mentioned will be charged separately.

3. Quotation & Pricing
All quotations are valid for a limited period as mentioned. Prices may change due to variation in material cost, government policies, taxes, or site conditions. GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms
Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order. Remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule. Delay in payment may result in suspension of work or services.

5. Installation Timeline
Installation timelines are estimated and may vary due to site conditions, weather, availability of materials, or approvals from authorities. The company shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

6. Site Readiness & Client Responsibility
The client must ensure: Clear and safe access to the installation site Availability of required space and structural strength Necessary permissions from local authorities or society Any additional civil or electrical work required will be charged extra.

7. Warranty
Solar panels, inverters, and other components carry manufacturer warranties as applicable. Workmanship warranty is limited to installation-related issues for a specific period. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural calamities, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Maintenance & Performance
System performance depends on sunlight availability, weather conditions, and regular maintenance. The company is not responsible for reduced output caused by shading, dust, pollution, or grid failure.

9. Cancellation & Refund
Order cancellation after confirmation may attract cancellation charges. Advance payments are non-refundable once procurement or installation has started.

10. Government Subsidy & Approvals
Assistance may be provided for subsidy or net-metering applications; however, approval and disbursement depend solely on government authorities. The company is not responsible for delays or rejection.

11. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system usage or downtime.

12. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or power outages.

13. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State], India.

14. Amendments
